Lulugift Store is the official on-line
store for merchandise in Asia. Lulugift.com ships to the Worldwide. Our
goal is your satisfaction, and we hope to make your shopping experience as easy
as possible. Here are some information that may help:
Your Order
Orders of in-stock merchandise ship from
our Kuala Lumpur, MY warehouse from receipt of your order. We will notify you by
email of any anticipated delays. Orders shipping to US military bases, Alaska,
Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada usually take longer. You may email us questions
about your order at any time. Send your email to
admin@lulugift.com. Our customer
service representatives are available Monday - Friday 8:30am to 8:00pm Pacific
Time and respond to email during those hours.
Delivery
In most cases, an order ships from our
warehouse the business day after it is received. Orders to the 48 contiguous
states ship via Register mail service. You may request Express mail delivery
service for an additional $30.00. Please note that Canadian import taxes are the
responsibility of the customer and are payable upon receipt of the order. All
International/Foreign orders are subject to local taxes payable upon receipt of
order and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please see the table below
for our standard shipping charges.

Returns
If you change your mind about your selection, you may return it to us. lulugift
will gladly accept returns of current products in original condition within 14
days of purchase for exchange or refund. Please note that we will not reimburse
shipping costs for returned items. Email us, and we will inform you where to
send back the item.
Be sure to include a copy of your packing slip. Please note that we do not
accept returns for discounted merchandise.
If your package is returned to Lulugift due to an incorrect or incomplete
shipping address, or because attempts for delivery were made and the recipient
was not available to sign for package, there will be a $6.00 reshipping fee that
will apply if you would like for the package to be reshipped. If you decide to
cancel an order once the package has been shipped back to Sanrio due to an
incorrect or incomplete shipping address, the you will be recredited for the
amount of the items only. Shipping and handling costs are nonrefundable.
Defective Items
If an item you receive is damaged or defective in any way, we will be glad to
replace it. Send an email to
admin@lulugift.com so we can coordinate returning your defective item and
delivering a replacement.
